ORDERS
Is there a minimum order size?
No, you can order as little as one personalized wine bottle.
Can I change my label after my order is placed?
As soon as your order is processed it will enter into production, so please call us immediately if you need to make any changes, as there will be an additional fee to change designs that have already been produced.
For this reason, we ask you to double check your label designs for spelling, date or other mistakes.
SHIPPING
Can you deliver wine to my state?
Bulk orders (one carton and above) can be shipped to any states within Peninsular Malaysia. Any orders below one carton, can only be delivered within Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur and selected areas in Selangor.
When will I receive my order?
After payment is made, customers are advised to expect to receive their wine within 7 – 10 working days period. Due to all our products are custom made. Production time varies.
Can packages be left at the door?
No, all packages containing alcohol must be checked and signed for by an adult 21 or older. If you are concerned that someone will not be available to accept the package, UniqWine will notify you that your wine is ready for delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
RM 5 flat rate delivery will be charged for bulk orders. Special case delivery, customer will need to arrange with UniqWine and a small fee will incur.
RM 15 for delivery within Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.
RM20 for delivery to selected areas in Selangor.
VIRTUAL PROOF
Will my product look exactly like my virtual proof?
The virtual proof of your customized product we provide is a computer rendered image. We handcraft your finished product by hand, so slight variations in sizing and colouring may occur.
Outside of that, the final design you submit is what we will produce. Please double check your label designs for spelling and date errors.

Do I have to apply the wine labels to the bottle myself?
No, custom wine products are labelled before they are shipped out.
What can I put on my wine label?
You can add your own text or images to our wine bottle label templates however, regulations prevent any labels with profanity, threats, nudity, state or national flags, and military emblems and symbols. Besides these exceptions make your own wine labels however you see fit!
