The delivery of a custom-made and alcoholic product is a little bit different than your standard online purchase. If you have never ordered with us, please take a few minutes to read over our policies and procedures to ensure the smooth delivery of your product.

Our products are custom made to each customer’s specification; this, in combination with the fragile and regulated nature of alcohol, leads to some unique logistical challenges. The goal of our policies is to give our customers the confidence to know their order will arrive safely and on-time, all at a fair and transparent price.

Hours of Operation

UniqWine operating hours is Monday to Friday, 9am – 12pm & 1pm – 5pm.

When will my order ship?

Our products are custom-made and handcrafted, thus production times vary. We provide you with a guaranteed date of delivery at the time of purchase so you can have peace-of-mind and not worry about when the product will ship.    


No-Break Guarantee

If you have received a damaged product when you receive the Wine, send an email to [email protected] including your order number and a photograph of the problem along with a clear description. We can take action to resolve the issue as soon as substantiation of your claim has been provided.

In the case that we need the damaged items returned, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Returns & Refund

Customer Returns

We do not accept returns as each product has been custom made to the customer’s specification. However, if you have an issue with your order please reach out to [email protected] and we’ll work with you to find a solution. For this reason, we strongly advise our customer to inspect their wine upon receiving the item.


Delivery Prices

RM 5 flat rate delivery will be charged for bulk orders. Special case delivery, customer will need to arrange with UniqWine and a small fee will incur.

RM 15 for delivery within Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.

RM20 for delivery to selected areas in Selangor.

Delivery charges will be different from regular online purchases as the item we are delivering are liquid and is many more times heavier than regular goods.

Where We Ship

Bulk orders (one carton and above) can be shipped to any states within Peninsular Malaysia.

Any orders below one carton, can only be delivered within Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur and selected areas in Selangor. To be safe, please check your postcode by clicking the button below. If your post code is not in the list, please contact us.

Inspection Required

Someone over the age of 21 must be available at the time of delivery to inspect package. As UniqWine will not be held responsible for anything that happened after customer accepting the wine.
